YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT. NOBLE PURSUIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 CAD.

Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.
